Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order cannot be fulfilled immediately due to low stock, you will receive an email with further instructions on your order status and next steps.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship within Australia only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Express Shipping
1–3 business days · Rate calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@deepculturestore.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve your case promptly.
